Wow awesome site, with some detailed research and information. Love the Anglo – Zulu war material. As an arm chair historian (my disciplines being the American Civil War, Roman Empire – lived and studied 2 1/2 years in Italy, and the Anglo – Boer War and Anglo Zulu War – lived and worked in South Africa for over 6 years). Love your style and presentation. You make it all real. I will be following and will read all your articles and essays.

A very easy to read story about that memorable day of January 1879. Since child I used to dig about this event and now you offer a very clear perpspective for everyone interested on Isandlawana. Your compliation of events, with the addition of comments, clarifications and quotes made it a must for all the interested people.
